Today was my first day in Parma, Italy
Today I had marmalade on toast, spremuta (fresh squeezed juice), and minestrone that my host mother made from scratch.
Today I learned how to take the bus.
Today I got lost,alone in the dark without a cellphone in a part of town I didn’t recognize.
Today I found my way back all by myself.
Today was great and I can’t wait until tomorrow.
